## Masalah yang Ditemukan

### 1. Cache Meta Tags yang Terlalu Agresif
- ❌ `Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate` untuk semua request
- ❌ `Pragma: no-cache` 
- ❌ `Expires: 0`
- **Dampak**: Browser tidak bisa cache apapun, semua file harus didownload ulang setiap kali

### 2. Tidak Ada DNS Prefetch
- ❌ External CDN (Google, CDNJS, unpkg, dll) dimuat tanpa prefetch
- **Dampak**: DNS lookup dilakukan saat script dimuat, menambah latency

### 3. JavaScript Loading Tidak Optimal
- ❌ Banyak script dimuat blocking (tanpa defer)
- ❌ Script yang tidak critical dimuat bersamaan dengan critical scripts
- ❌ Tidak ada prioritas loading

## Optimasi yang Sudah Dilakukan

### ✅ 1. Menghapus Cache-Control Meta Tags yang Agresif
**File yang diubah**: `resources/views/layouts/mobile/app.blade.php`

**Perubahan**:
- ✅ Menghapus `<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate" />`
- ✅ Menghapus `<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache" />`
- ✅ Menghapus `<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="0" />`

**Dampak**: 
- Browser bisa menggunakan cache untuk static assets
- Loading lebih cepat untuk revisi halaman
- Mengurangi beban server

**Catatan**: Cache tetap dikontrol oleh `.htaccess` yang sudah dioptimasi sebelumnya

**Dampak**: 
- Browser mulai resolve DNS lebih awal
- Mengurangi latency saat load external resources
- Perkiraan peningkatan 50-200ms

- ✅ `webcam.min.js` - Hanya digunakan di halaman tertentu
